And believing this axiom SeaDream Yacht Club has launched a Nautical Wedding Vow Renewal Ceremony for romantic guests sailing aboard the ultra-luxurious mega yachts, SeaDream I and II.
Larry Pimentel, CTC, Chairman and CEO of SeaDream, described the program �as the most romantic option at sea---perfect for young honeymoon couples or those married travelers who are young at heart.�
He added that the program, begun after many inquiries from interested would-be SeaDream guests, �is so elegantly planned that it can serve as a couple�s wedding ceremony where the legal process has been already accomplished ashore. Obviously, wedding guests---family and friends---are able to book the sailing and join in the celebration.
�We are even altering our 2003 Caribbean sailing schedules to begin and end on Sundays---easier for those planning to be married to arrange this ceremony aboard one of our twin yachts,� he added.
SeaDream Yacht Club offers two Wedding Vow Renewal Ceremonies. Both are conducted by the yacht�s Captain with all the dignity and fun couples expect. They can be conducted outdoors or indoors.
The first program is complimentary and includes the ceremony, followed by a toast in Champagne by the Captain and a wedding cake offered that evening at dinner.
The second option is ideal for couples who have encouraged their own guests to join them on the sailing. It includes, printed invitations, a 12-person wedding reception hosted by the Captain with champagne, caviar and other canap�s, bride�s bouquet, groom�s lapel flower and an elaborate flower arrangement at the ceremony, later to be placed in the couple�s stateroom along with an iced bottle of champagne. There is also a his and hers Hadeland crystal wedding gift from the Captain and a wedding cake available for the reception or after dinner. If requested, SeaDream will provide a champagne glass, to be wrapped in linen for breaking underfoot. This optional ceremony is priced at $350.
