  • Cruz Bay, St. John - Captain for a Day: St. John Dinghy Full-Day Adventure

    Description

    Enjoy a full-day of cruising around the beaches of St. John’s in your own private dinghy! After a five-minute walk from the tender pier, you will be greeted by a team member of Wharfside Water Sports where your dinghy awaits. Here your instructor will provide an orientation of the boat and the local beaches you will want to explore. You will be briefed on all the ins and outs of taking the dinghy out and the best spots to go to for drinks, lunch, and snorkeling.

    This Dinghy Experience gives you the ability to explore St. John’s North Shore Beaches without the hassle of parking a car or dealing with taxis. The best part is that you can pull the dinghy straight up onto the beach! Enjoy St. John from the water, as your own captain, and make the adventure up as you go. Cruise to Waterlemon Cay, snorkel with turtles at Maho Bay, stop in at Honeymoon Beach or Trunk Bay for a quick bite. The options are endless!     Hop on your yacht’s tender for a direct, hassle-free ride to this private island paradise. Here, you will enjoy waterfront amenities such as a restaurant, bars, and boutique shopping – considered by many as the best in the Caribbean. This renowned Beach Club Experience features your own chaise lounge with towels, an umbrella, along with food and drinks delivered to your seat (at an additional cost), an infinity pool with spectacular views of the USVI.     SeaDream and the Lovango Resort & Beach Club have created this special package which limits the number of day visitors to the Lovango Resort. Please wear comfortable casual clothing, flip flops are fine, however, closed toe sneakers are needed for island’s spectacular hikes for your own safety.     You can enhance your Beach Club Experience with a private cabana instead of a chaise lounge. These cabanas have limited availability and are of varying sizes.   • Cruz Bay, St. John - Virgin Island Footsteps to Tranquil Waters

    Description

    Explore the beauty of the Virgin Islands National Park on a one-mile hike from the quaint village of Cruz Bay to Salomon Beach. Enjoy powdery white sands and palms swaying gently in the breeze during the allotted beach time.

    Starting in the quaint village of Cruz Bay, restroom facilities are available at the Virgin Islands National Park's Visitor’s Center before following your Nature Guide on a one-mile hike along the Lind Point Trail to Solomon and/or Honeymoon Beach on the North Shore of St. John. Learn about the amazing diversity of plants and animals that exist- here. Listen as your guide tells you about the island’s history as you follow along the trail to one of St. John’s most picturesque beaches, Solomon Beach.

    During your visit to the Beach, you will enjoy breathtaking tropical ocean vistas at this private and exclusive beach. Bath in crystal-clear turquoise waters and relax. The final portion of the hike returns you back along the one-mile hike on the Lind Point Trail back to your boat’s tender adjacent to the quaint Mongoose Junction Shopping Mall. This SeaDream Yachting Land Adventure is an excellent hiking tour for people who can walk for one hour and ten minutes.

  • Prickly Pear - The Baths - Roundtrip Prickly Pear

    Description

    This is the "Must-see & Do" Yachting Land Adventure on Virgin Gorda, if not in the entire British Virgin Islands. From the pier in North Sound, you and your fellow SeaDreamers will take a 45-minute safari wagon ride over the Gorda Peak National Park to The Baths, an intriguing group of sea caves and unusual rock formations, spectacularly set on an amazing beach. From the parking area follow the winding footpath down to the beach to explore this geological wonder. Wade knee deep through the sea caves formed by mammoth boulders and bask in the shafts of sunlight pouring through the natural ceiling into the pools below. Learn about the boulders' origins and the many curious names given to the rock formations. Swim, relax and enjoy the ambiance of this piece of paradise. Then, retrace your footprints in the sand and ascend the path to the Top of the Baths where you will enjoy a fresh fruit smoothie. There is also time to relax and take a dip in the pool before departing via the safari wagons for the return to your SeaDream yacht ion time for your Beach Party.

    Notes

    Please bring swimwear, a towel and sunscreen. The portion of the adventure involving actual exploration of the cave area can be considered strenuous to some so set your own pace; do as much or as little as you wish. Guests who prefer to enjoy the beach during this portion of the adventure are welcome to do so. Wear comfortable walking shoes as the footpath to The Baths is uneven and water shoes (not flip flops) in the water. While walking the path through The Baths, your feet will get wet. A backpack will be more convenient than a shoulder bag when walking through The Baths. A minimum participation is required to operate all Yachting Land Adventures, and some may have limited capacity.   • Gustavia - Free-Styling (Car) Exploration

    Description

    Here is a chance for adventuring guests to get away from the crowds, get behind the wheel, and enjoy the lush countryside on a self-guided tour. You will be escorted from the pier to the nearby starting point and after brief formalities you will be given the keys to your rental car.

    Supplied with a map of the island, you are ready to explore this beautiful island at your own pace. The cost is for the car – from one to four guests can explore at just one rate. Gas is included in the rental price.

    Private shuttle will pick up the drivers (and only the drivers) by the pier and drive a short distance to the airport to pick up their car. Drivers will then come back to the pier to pick up their passengers.

    The duration of your rental may depend on when your yacht arrives and is for a maximum of 24 hours. When returning the car, drivers will first drop off passengers at the pier. For same-day return, the car must be brought back to the airport before 5:00pm. If the yacht is staying overnight, guests can return by 9:00am the next morning.

    Driving license and credit card will be needed for 1st and 2nd driver. (NOTE: With the exception of American Express, all other credit cards are accepted). An insurance hold will be placed on the credit card for Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) in the amount of €1,500. This hold will be fully or partially charged to the driver’s credit card in the event the car is returned damaged.

  • Gustavia - Jet Ski Exclusive to Coco Island

    Description

    What a thrilling way to discover St Barth's most beautiful beaches!
    Escorted by professional instructors you will leave from Gustavia harbor to Shell Beach, discover Gouverneur Beach, then the beautiful Salines Beach before heading towards Coco Island, 0.6 miles South from St Barth.
    There you will enjoy a 15-minute swim break in relaxing water before picking up your jet-skis and heading back to Gustavia.

    THE PRICE SHOWN IS PER JET SKI, NOT PER GUEST. Only 1 person needs to purchase a ticket whether you plan to ride single or double on the jet ski. Minimum & Maximum spaces refer to quantity of jet skis, not individuals.

    Minimum age is 16 years old to drive the jet skis and must present a valid ID. Guests will be required to sign a waiver before this Yachting Land Adventure begins.
    If desired, guests can be provided (at no cost) goggles to avoid having salt spray in their eyes.

  • Gustavia - Sailing the Leeward Coast

    Description

    Board a beautiful catamaran and set sail for a lovely, leisurely cruise in the direction of “Pointe de Colombier” and its sheltered bay. En route, you will enjoy a scenic panorama, while passing the mega yachts at anchor. Once at anchor in Colombier Bay, you will be able to enjoy sunbathing and swimming in the warm waters of the bay or just relaxing on the trampoline net. The helpful crew will be there to assist you at all times and offer you your choice of mineral water, soft drinks, beer, the famous Miguel’s rum punch to keep you refreshed. Upon return to Gustavia, you may choose to stay in town and explore on your own, or return directly to your SeaDream yacht.

  • Gustavia - Scuba Diving in St. Barths Marine Reserve

    Description

    Discover the richness of St Barths' flora and fauna with accredited instructors guiding you through numerous sites of Saint-Barthelemy’s Protected Marine Reserve. This reserve spans 1,200 hectares of marine territory and is a haven of marine life including dolphins, sponges, gorgonians, sea urchins, crustaceans, turtles, and coral reefs. This 3-hour program includes a one-tank dive at a pre-set time in the afternoon (likely at 2pm) but can be modified depending upon availability.

    Any electronic devices (such as cell phones, cameras, etc.), as well as any valuable items must be stored in a sealable, waterproof dry bag. Any damage occurring to these items is the responsibility of the guests. Alcoholic beverages should not be consumed prior to taking part in any water activities. This program is not recommended for guests with physical limitations, and it is not wheelchair accessible.

    This SeaDream Yachting Land Adventure (YLA) is not exclusive. Guests will participate in this YLA with other non-SeaDream guests at a pre-determined time in the afternoon. Longer, two-tank dives can be arranged for the morning, but this offer will need to be coordinated and sold onboard at a slightly higher price.

  • Gustavia - Snorkeling Adventure

    Description

    Take a RIB boat ride across the harbor to snorkel near a reef while observing reef fish and marine life in the crystal-clear waters off St Barts. Keep an eye out for green sea turtles, an endangered but relatively abundant species in these waters.

    From the pier side in Gustavia Harbor, you will board an open-air RIB boat to begin this excursion. The captain will determine where the best site is to anchor, based upon the weather and sea conditions of the day. If possible, the snorkeling will be just outside the harbor to maximize your snorkeling time. This is where the waters are usually crystal-clear and filled with reef fish. You may spot brilliantly colored angelfish, large groupers, and schools of queen triggerfish. One of the most curious-looking species is the four-eye butterflyfish, which is named for the two dark spots – or false eyes – on the sides of its tail, which are meant to confuse predators. The endangered green sea turtles also gracefully swim in these waters too. You may see them feeding on the seagrass and algae on the reef. They are known as being the largest of all sea turtles and the only ones that are herbivores.

    After your time in the water, you will climb aboard the RIB boat ladder for the journey back to the pier and the tender waiting to return you to your SeaDream yacht. Alternatively, you can stay in town and browse the shops to return on your own when ready.

    Notes

    Guests should be at least 12 years old to participate, good swimmers and in good physical condition to get on and off the boat using a ladder with 6 steps. While turtle and fish sightings are very likely, they cannot be guaranteed.

    This excursion is not recommended for guests with mobility concerns and back or neck problems. Please wear your bathing suit and coverup, and comfortable flat walking shoes. There are no changing room, or restroom, available on the boat. Guests should bring a towel, hat, and sunglasses. Snorkeling equipment will be provided.

    Description

    Take the scenic route to Savi Beach where every day is a celebration. Inspired by Anguilla's famous hospitality, Savi Beach ensures that everyone has an exceedingly great day. Upon arrival at this high-end beachfront restaurant and beach club, you will be greeted with a smile and taken to your beach chairs for some relaxation and a delightful swim in the turquoise waters of Meads Bay.   • Sandy Ground - Shoal Bay Beach Break

    Description

    Discover Shoal Bay Beach, one of the top beaches in the world, on this Yachting Land Adventure that includes your transfers with a reserved beach lounge chair and shared umbrella. Upon arrival a cool cocktail welcomes you at this stunning place.

    This beach can compete with any beach in the world and also has a great reef for snorkeling. Shoal Bay is the most popular beach in Anguilla and attracts locals, tourists, and day trippers from the neighboring island of St. Martin for a good reason.

    You will be transferred to Shoal Bay Beach and greeted with a cocktail upon your arrival. Here you will have a reserved beach lounge chair and shared umbrella waiting for you. Your time here is on your own schedule. You can relax and enjoy the view of the two-mile sandy beach, swim, snorkel or take a stroll in the fine sand from one end to the other. Restaurants, beach bars and hotels line Shoal Bay's shores. Additional water sports equipment can be rented directly if you wish. Don’t forget to bring your camera to capture the moments you spent on one of the best beaches in the world.

  • Sandy Ground - Speed Boat Beach Hopping & Snorkeling

    Description

    Board a private speed boat and set off to your first snorkel spot at Little Bay, the tiniest beach on Anguilla and one of the most beautiful locations to snorkel. It is also one of the most private beaches on Anguilla, since the only way to get there is by foot or by water. Since it is protected by high cliffs on three sides there is hardly any surf, making it a perfect snorkel stop. Snorkeling in these crystal-clear warm waters will be a rewarding experience with plenty of colorful fish, squids and shells. In general, Anguilla is well known for its snorkeling and has an abundance of fish; you can find the feisty little black-barred Sergeant Major and plenty of colorful Wrasses, Snappers and Grunts. Then on to the second snorkel stop, which is at Shoal Bay, where you will find a reef abundant with coral and sea fans, along with Parrot Fish, Blue Tang and even Trunk Fish, the ones that look like little triangular boxes. After this, the third stop will be Sandy Island also well known for its excellent snorkeling. After this last snorkel experience, you will board the speed boat to return to the pier in Road Bay while enjoying a well-deserved rum punch.

  • South Friars Bay - Soaring above St. Kitts: Zipline Thrills

    Description

    Experience exhilarating thrills and amazing views as you zip over rainforest canopy, across valleys and streams and through tunnels of lush tropical vegetation on a course created on the historic Wingfield Estate. After orientation and a trainer-line run, ride up through the towering trees of the Valley of the Giants, with fantastic panoramic views of St. Kitts. Fly down via 4 ziplines as long as 1,400 feet and up to 25 stories high!

    Afterwards, drive to the Fairview Great House for a refreshing drink and snack before returning to your SeaDream yacht!

  • South Friars Bay - St. Kitts Snorkeling Adventure - South Friars Bay

    Description

    Enjoy a leisurely cruise as you proceed along the Leeward Coast of St Kitts, passing the Frigate Bay resort area and Friars Bay before arriving at Shittens Bay, the snorkeling destination.

    After boarding a custom designed, "MAXI-CAT,” there will be a brief orientation to familiarize you with the safety procedures on the boat and an introduction to the crew. Then the leisurely cruise begins.

    Only such an excellent snorkeling site as the secluded cove of Shitten Bay could justify bringing this relaxing and invigorating sail to a stop. This calm, unspoiled location is only accessible by sea and shelters an abundance of marine life, with several varieties of reef fish amongst the volcanic rock formations, sea fans and sponges, Special supervision is given to those who have never snorkeled before or those who are out of practice with the technique of snorkeling.

    After the snorkeling adventure, enjoy an open bar serving ice-cold beer, rum punch and soft drinks while the sails are hoisted for the final tranquil trip back to the yacht.

  • South Friars Bay - The Soul of St. Kitts - South Friars Bay

    Description

    This SeaDream Land Adventure offers the must-see highlights and the soul of St. Kitts.

    Departing from the tender pier by bus, you'll enjoy a scenic drive through the mountainous area of Frigate Bay and make your way into Basseterre, the capital city. As you drive through the bustling town, sit back and view sights such as the Berkeley Memorial, Independence Square and the impressive Roman Catholic Cathedral.

    Make your way next to Fairview Great House and Botanical Gardens, where you will learn more about the restored West Indian plantation home built in 1701 and the island's complex history. You will then be given the opportunity to sample three flavors of Caribbean rum and afterwards enjoy the Fairview Great House signature cocktail – a lemongrass mojito.

    Next you drive to Romney Manor’s gardens, you will see (from the outside) a piece of 17th-century history, where Thomas Jefferson's great grandfather Samuel was the original owner. The lacy wooden architecture and tropical gardens are a feast for the eyes. You may even be fortunate enough to see hummingbirds and green vervet monkeys. Afterwards, visit Caribelle Batik.     Complete your Adventure with a visit to Brimstone Hill Fortress. This UNESCO World Heritage Site the Gibraltar of the West Indies. This magnificent fortress sits impressively atop 38 acres of limestone and sulfur composites, with spectacular views over the St. Kitts mountain range, sugar cane fields, Caribbean Sea and neighboring islands. Designed by the British and built by slaves, the Fortress is testimony to European colonial expansion, the African slave trade and the emergence of new societies in the Caribbean.

    The last stop of the adventure is at Timothy Hill to take in breathtaking 360-degree views of both the Atlantic and Caribbean sides of the island before returning to your SeaDream yacht.

  • Spanish Town, Virgin Gorda - The Baths - Roundtrip Spanish Town

    Description

    This is the "Must-see & Do" Yachting Land Adventure on Virgin Gorda, if not in the entire British Virgin Islands. Open-air safari wagons will take you and your fellow SeaDreamers on a short twenty-minute ride through the village of Spanish Town to discover The Baths, an intriguing group of sea caves and unusual rock formations, spectacularly set on an amazing beach. From the parking area follow the winding footpath down to the beach to explore this geological wonder. Wade knee deep through the sea caves formed by mammoth boulders and bask in the shafts of sunlight pouring through the natural ceiling into the pools below. Learn about the boulders' origins and the many curious names given to the rock formations. Swim, relax and enjoy the ambiance of this piece of paradise. Then, retrace your footprints in the sand and ascend the path to the Top of the Baths where you will enjoy a fresh fruit smoothie. There is also time to relax and take a dip in the pool before departing via the safari wagons for the return to your SeaDream yacht.

    Please bring swimwear, towel and sunscreen. The portion of the adventure involving actual exploration of the cave area can be considered strenuous to some so set your own pace; do as much or as little as you wish. Guests who prefer to enjoy the beach during this portion of the adventure are welcome to do so. Wear comfortable walking shoes as the footpath to The Baths is uneven and water shoes (not flip flops) in the water. While walking the path through The Baths, your feet will get wet. A backpack will be more convenient than a shoulder bag when walking through The Baths. This tour is available to guests aged 5 years and older.

  • Peter Island - Snorkeling at Treasure Island

    Description

    This delightful adventure begins when you board a twin-engine snorkel launch to two of the BVIs’ prime snorkeling sites. You will snorkel at the famed Caves at Norman Island with a reputed history of piracy and immortalized in Robert Louis Stevenson's famous book: "Treasure Island." Afterwards you will continue on to “The Indians” – a small archipelago of uninhabited islets for a second snorkeling opportunity which is in shallower waters before returning back to your SeaDream Yacht. An experienced snorkel instructor will accompany you to both of these sites and provide you with added information on what you should not miss seeing.

    Alternative snorkel locations may be selected according to sea and weather conditions. Masks, snorkel tubes and snorkel vests are provided, as well as instruction for novices.
