  Description

  Barcelona, the capital of Catalonia and Spain's second largest city, has been a prosperous commercial and cultural center for centuries. Take an overview drive of the beautiful architecture and panoramic views that make Barcelona so special with very little walking required. Drive through the Olympic Harbour and Olympic Village "former residence of the athletes" and now a new district in town.
  
  Highlights include an inside visit of the Sagrada Familia, designed by Antoni Gaudi in 1882 and never completed, undoubtedly one of Barcelona's most characteristic buildings. A drive through the Triumph Arch and Placa Urquinaona, the coach will reach the oldest part of Barcelona: The Cathedral and Roman remains. Drive further to elegant Passeig de Gracia to view some Gaudi's well-known buildings, such as Casa Batllo and Casa Montjuic.
  
  Continue through Diagonal Avenue, Sants main railway station and Placa de l'Escorxador, where the famous Joan Miro's sculpture "woman and bird' is located, our coach will reach the Montjuic Mountain for a panoramic view of the Olympic ring and the Olympic Stadium, before returning to the SeaDream pier.

  Description

  You will start this culinaristic Land Adventure with a drive to Sant Sadurni d’Anoia in the wine-region. Cava Recaredo is a family-owned winery founded in 1924 that only makes gran reserve brut nature cavas from grapes grown in their own vineyards in accordance with the principles of organic and biodynamic agriculture. Here, you will enjoy a tasting after a personalized guided tour of the cellars.
  
  This Land Adventure will also allow you and your fellow SeaDream guests to discover the world of chocolate as you have never seen before. After the cava experience, you will visit Simón Coll. A unique experience that will delight all senses. • Palma de Mallorca, Balearic Islands - Palma Highlights and the Caves of Drach

  Description

  Visit the famous Caves of Drach, and admire the largest underground lake in the world, known as Lake Martel. This also includes a panoramic overview of Palma, including a stop at a local tapas bar for a tasty refreshment.
  
  Departing from the pier, your coach travels approximately 60 minutes to reach the town of Porto Cristo, where the famous Caves of Drach are located. There are three main caves: Cueva Negra (Black Cave), Cueva Blanca (White Cave) and Cueva Luis Salvator. At the end of Cueva Luis Salvator is a spot called La Ventana (the window). Through La Ventana there is a huge lake, known as Lago Martel (Lake Martel), behind which is the newest discovery of the caves, known as Cueva de los Franceses (Cave of the French).
  
  During your guided visit to the Drach Caves, you will admire the largest underground lake in the world, known as Lake Martel. A classical music concert is performed for the public by an orchestra positioned on several different boats on the lake, with wonderful lighting and special effects. The stunning, magical atmosphere will be unforgettable. If time allows, you will enjoy a rowboat ride across Lake Martel.
  
  After vising the cave, rejoin your coach for a panoramic drive through Palma.
  
  Pass by the inviting 14th century circular Bellver Castle with a unique round tower and enjoy a great view of the city of Palma. Then head to the stunning Cathedral of La Seu that is Mallorca´s most emblematic building of the city. The site of a former mosque, this Catholic cathedral became the scene of Mallorcan coronations – thus the impressive architectural design and imposing height. It stands in the historic old quarter of Palma where you will have some free time on your own. Afterwards you can return to the yacht, or stay longer and return on your own using the yachts shuttle.

  A village steeped in old-world charm, Valldemossa lies in an idyllic valley in the midst of the Tramuntana mountains. Its ancient blonde stone houses contrast vividly against the surrounding green forests of olive, oak and almond trees, and the blue sky above. Valldemossa's quiet and picturesque streets are sprinkled with shops, art galleries, cafes and restaurants. Doorways are lined with beautiful plants and flowers.

• Ibiza, Balearic Islands - Can Rich Winery & Product Tasting

  Description

  Visit the Can Rich Winery with a tasting of local products including their locally grown wine and Ibizan Herbs.
  
  Can Rich Winery, established in 1997, with 42 acres (17 hectares) of vines containing both traditional and imported grape varieties. At Can Rich, they have created a fusion of tradition and modernity and pioneered the use of organic farming techniques in their vineyard. They strive to ensure that their viticulture and respect for the natural environment is reflected in the quality of the products.
  
  Upon arrival, the owner will welcome you with a brief talk about the winery and its history. Then an expert guide will explain, step by step, the wine production process as you walk through the vineyards and Ibizan herbal garden. Inside the winery you will see the process of winemaking and visit the aging area where the wine is stored in barrels and amphorae.
  
  Afterward, you will have a tasting of the wines and local products on the porch of the winery overlooking the vineyard. Included in the tasting is the unique to Ibiza, Can Rich Ibizan Herbal liquor. This liquor is handmade following a centuries-old recipe that their ancestors left and has remain unchanged even today. Ibizan herbs are recognized as an exclusive autochthonous liquor from Ibiza and has been granted the category of Protected Geographical Indication, granted by the European Union. • Cartagena - Cartagena's Tapas Trail

  Description

  Enjoy a leisurely walk along the city’s seafront with your guide as you head towards the historical Old Town. Here you will view some of Cartagena’s most famous sights, including the Palace Hall, Maritime Wall and impressive modernist buildings. Along the way you will stop at 5 local Tapas bars. At each venue, the chef will prepare traditional tapas of the day, which may include albondigas, Spanish omelette, local cheeses or jamón serrano for you to sample, accompanied by a glass of sangria, wine or a soft drink. • Cartagena - Spain's Famous Horses

  Description

  Marvel at the beauty, grace and splendor of Spanish horses at an amazing ranch and breeding farm located close to the SeaDream yachts pier in Cartagena.
  
  Travel by coach only a few miles to a gorgeous ranch where you have an opportunity to see the magnificent steeds in person. These pure Spanish-bred horses have outstanding bloodlines and a truly graceful appearance. They are carefully bred on this ranch and sent to horse lovers all over the world. There are various activities going on at this farm and you will have an opportunity to see the brood mares and their foals. There is an impressive stampede show and you will learn about the art of managing stallions.
  
  Prior to leaving for the yacht, you will enjoy an assortment of tapas including wine and an olive oil tasting, while being treated to a stallion performance coordinated with an Andalusian dancer. • Tangier - Moroccan Cooking Class

  Description

  Experience a walk through the narrow street of the Tangier Medina, which starts this Yachting Land Adventure of the "Old town" and includes a hands-on Moroccan Cooking Class.
  
  Discover the Market at one stop and learn some Arabic phrases from your guide. Continue walking through the souks to visit a Ferrane (a communal oven where residents take loaves of a dense pita-shaped bread for baking). Move on to visit a spice shop and get familiarized with the smells and aromas of the exotic spices.
  
  A Moroccan Cooking Class will be presented at a cooking school offering a hands-on culinary experience. Each of the guests will be involved in learning and taking part in every step in the preparation of a sumptuous Moroccan Chicken Tagine with olives and preserved lemon. • Tangier - The Best of Tangier

  Description

  Discover the best of Tangier on this sensational half day excursion.
  
  At the cross-roads of Europe and Africa, of the Atlantic and the Mediterranean, Tangier opens the door onto Morocco. Look, listen and smell: the diversity of the bustling crowds, the heavy fragrances in the markets, the murmurs of the sea and city blending together – a feast of sensations that stuns the senses. There is still an air of mystery about the city, going back to the time when Tangier was an international zone. “Tangier the white”, the star of many films, the city of many stars - The city you fall in love with.
  
  Via the mountain road, lined by magnificent villas and lovely gardens, you head towards Cap Spartel, set along the Atlantic Coast with its striking lighthouse built in 1860. • Cadiz - White Villages and Spanish Countryside

  Description

  Enjoy a panoramic drive through Cádiz en route to the beautiful village of Vejer de la Frontera. This quaint, whitewashed village is perched above the Barbate River and is a National Monument. Vejer is considered by many to be one of the most beautiful villages in Andalusia and also in all of Spain.
  
  During your walking tour, explore a maze of narrow cobblestone streets, small plazas and remnants of the fortress walls built by the Muslims in the 11th century. See the beautiful Plaza de España and browse in the handicraft and souvenir shops. After the visit you will pause for a refreshment of tapas and drinks at a local restaurant.
  
  The excursion continues, taking the scenic Atlantic Route for the drive to Conil de la Frontera. Keep an eye out for stunning countryside, passing through La Brena Natural Park -- a protected pine forest. On a clear day, enjoy breathtaking views across the Strait of Gibraltar to the coast of Morocco and Cape Trafalgar. • Portimao, Algarve - Monchique Mountains – 4x4 Adventure

  Description

  Discover the unspoilt landscape of the Algarve, as you drive along roads inaccessible to larger vehicles on this scenic 4x4 Yachting Land Adventure.
  From Praia da Rocha, your 4-wheel-drive vehicle will follow country roads taking you to the Monchique Mountains, and the highest point in the Algarve. Along the way you will see numerous cork plantations as your driver/guide explains the importance of this material and industry to the region.
  Stopping in the village of Monchique, you will have time to shop for some fine examples of Algarve's clever handicrafts.
  Then, continue four-wheeling up to Fóia, the highest point of the Algarve, where (weather permitting) you will be able to admire the view of the coastline and inland. Don't miss the chance to taste the famous Algarve firewater -- Medronho. It's not for everyone, but it would be a shame not to find out if it's for you!

• Portimao, Algarve - Village Views & Portuguese Wines

  Description

  Discover a charming Algarve fishing village and a modern Estate famous for its wine production. This Yachting Land Adventure begins by driving past Praia da Rocha in the direction toward Alvor, a little fishing port with a history that extends back to the Classical Era. It is believed the Carthaginians founded the city and its importance is confirmed by the ruins of a wealthy Roman villa located slightly inland from the present village. In the time of the Moors, who first occupied the area in 716, the village was named Albur and it passed through Portuguese and Moorish hands several times. Alvor, as its known today, is a charming blend of popular modern-day resort and quaint old-world village.
  
  After spending some free time in Alvor, we will make our way to Quinta dos Vales where we will have a guided visit of the property (Sculpture Garden, vineyards and the wine lodge) followed by a wine tasting session of the wines produced and accompanied by a splendid selection of Portuguese snacks. The wines created at this estate have already received several awards in international wine contests. The wine tasting with the Portuguese snacks will take place in the well preserved tasting room of the manor house. After a refreshing experience we will re-board our coach and make our way back to the beautiful SeaDream yacht.
