Yachting Land Adventure

Mdina, Palazzos and Cathedral

Discover Mdina's St. Paul’s Cathedral, the colorful Valletta and stirring Palazzo Pariso on this half day Yachting Land Adventure. Your day starts with a visit of Palazzo Parisio – which is exceptional in more ways than can be imagined. Admire the lavish and sumptuous interior, however, also learn this Palace is not just another venue of the legendary and romanticized Knights of St. John. This home represents an ultimate memorial of ambitions, aspirations and pretensions of a 19th century noble family. Pause a moment for reflection in the beautiful gardens while enjoying a glass of prosecco. Next continue on to the Mdina which includes a visit of St. Paul’s Cathedral, the architectural crown of the elegant, walled city of Mdina. This late 17th century masterpiece of the Maltese architect Lorenzo Gafa, lies on the site of a much earlier Norman church that was destroyed by a violent earthquake of 1693. As you stroll through the Mdina, another visit is made of the Palazzo Falson, one of the oldest buildings still standing in the Mdina with origins dating back to the early 13th Century. After the visit enjoy some free time before boarding the coach for the return journey back to the yacht.
