Depart the pier by comfortable coach and begin your exploration of Valencia with a panoramic drive through the city’s elegant avenues, providing an introduction to its layout and landmarks. Arrive at the Old Quarter and continue on foot for a guided walk through historic streets, where your guide introduces key sites such as La Lonja de la Seda, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and the bustling Central Market, explaining their role in Valencia’s commercial and civic history while orienting you within the heart of the city.
Continue walking toward the Valencia Cathedral, entering for a guided interior visit that reveals the building’s layered architectural history, shaped over centuries by Roman, Gothic, and Baroque influences. Inside, your guide highlights notable chapels, artworks, and the Cathedral’s significance as a spiritual and cultural landmark. Time is spent exploring the interior at a relaxed pace, allowing guests to appreciate both the artistic details and the broader historical context before returning to the coach for the next stage of the tour.
Leaving the historic center, travel by coach toward Valencia’s modern districts, arriving at the striking City of Arts and Sciences. Here, stop to view and photograph the futuristic complex from the exterior while your guide explains its architectural vision and importance to Valencia’s contemporary identity. Guests have time to take in the scale and design of the structures before rejoining the coach for a short, comfortable drive back to the yacht, completing a well-balanced introduction to Valencia’s historic and modern highlights.

This tour is not recommended for guests with mobility considerations or wheelchair users as involves moderate walking over uneven pavement, cobblestones, and steps, with periods of standing during guided visits. Comfortable walking shoes are essential. Modest attire is required for the Cathedral (shoulders and knees covered), and sun protection is recommended in warm weather. The Cathedral interior visit is subject to opening hours and may be exterior only on Sundays or religious holidays. A minimum number of participants is required to operate all Yachting Land Adventures, and some may have limited capacity. Please book on the Seadream.com website, or onboard, early to avoid disappointment. All adventures in the SeaDream Yachting Land Adventures program are subject to chang e. Final departure times will be published on board. This Yachting Land Adventure must be confirmed no later than 48 hours (2 days) prior to arrival in port; bookings may still be accepted after this deadline, up to the time of arrival, if space is available.
