PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY

Payment Policy

At time of booking, you will receive an invoice with an option date for the preferred stateroom number. To guarantee the preferred stateroom number a 25% deposit or full payment is required on or before this option date. When the option expires the stateroom number will be released back into inventory.

Full payment is required 90 days before voyage departure date. Travel Insurance plan may be available for purchase any time before final payment is made.
Payment may be made with personal check, wire transfer, or credit card.

Please be aware that some credit card issuing banks impose a “Foreign Transaction Fee” on credit card transactions processed outside of the U.S. even if the transaction is denominated in U.S. Dollars. This “Foreign Transaction Fee” is an arbitrary fee imposed by the credit card issuing banks which accrues solely to their benefit. SeaDream Yacht Club derives absolutely no benefit, monetary or otherwise, from the assessment of these fees.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation requests must be made by telephone or in writing to SeaDream Yacht Club Limited. If the request is received more than 120 days prior to sailing, all amounts already paid will be refunded minus US $200 per booking administration fee. Guests who cancel within 120 days prior to sailing for any reason, including medical reasons, will be subject to the following cancellation fees:

Cancellation requests received following number of days before sailing:

120 - 91 days = 25% of full fare

90 - 61 days = 50% of full fare

60 - 31 days = 75% of full fare

30 days or less = 100% of full fare

Nonappearance/no written notice = 100% of full fare

Voluntary termination by the guest of a cruise in progress will result in no refund.

Although you can use our Website without being required to tell us who you are or reveal any personal information, in order to purchase a cruise, receive a brochure or contact us you may be required to provide certain personally identifiable information. SeaDream will not trade, sell or share such personally identifiable information with any third parties unless we have informed you, been authorized by you, are required by law to do so or we deem such disclosure is necessary to protect the safety of our passengers, employees or property. Should you identify a travel agency that you work with, we will share your information with that agent so they can work directly with you. SeaDream may also use the personal data you provide online to send or otherwise provide you with information about new offers, products and services. You may opt out of receiving such information by contacting us.
