Tess joined SeaDream in 2009 after a successful career in international retail and the cruise industry, having earned a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in sales and marketing. She brings her dedication and passion to SeaDream every day, and we are proud to call Tess a valued part of our SeaDream family.
Q: Where is your favorite place to travel in the Caribbean—and why?
A: Identifying my favorite place in the Caribbean is not easy because each place offers its own unique charm and attractions. However, while all Caribbean destinations offer a slice of paradise, St. Barth’s holds a special place in my heart due to its unmatched combination of posh sophistication and laid-back vibes. Like SeaDream, the destination epitomizes luxury and relaxation. The pleasant climate, beautiful beaches, charming blend of shopping boutiques, and exceptional fine dining make it my ultimate favorite spot in Caribbean.
Q: Where is your favorite place to travel in the Mediterranean—and why?
A: What I enjoy most about the Mediterranean are the locations in Spain, primarily due to their close resemblance to my culture, delicious cuisine, vibrant shopping scenes, and captivating attractions. Being from the Philippines, our heritage has been greatly influenced by Spain over the years. The familiarity and richness of Spanish culture make it a standout destination for me in the Mediterranean. My top pick in the Mediterranean has to be Barcelona. Its captivating blend of stunning architecture, mouthwatering cuisine, rich culture, and vibrant shopping scene creates an unforgettable experience that resonates deeply with me. Visiting the Sagrada Familia, a UNESCO World Heritage site, was truly one of the most unforgettable experiences of my life.

A: The distinction between yachting and cruising lies in the personalized touch and intimate service that yachting offers. Q: What is it that you love most about SeaDream?
A: What I cherish most about SeaDream is the opportunity I have to showcase my talents, passion, and skills to other crew members, and help foster a sense of camaraderie among us. The support and guidance we receive, from top management to every team member, is invaluable. Because of this, we are able to pass our love of SeaDream on to our guests. Interacting with our guests on board has introduced me to some of the most wonderful people, making every day rewarding.
