Menus blend international inspiration with regional flavors, highlighting the freshest, highest-quality ingredients often locally sourced from the destinations we visit.

Each inclusive voyage offers three gourmet meals daily as well as signature culinary experiences and specialty menus delivered with personalized, anticipatory service.

Every SeaDream voyage is enhanced by elevated dining moments that celebrate the art of yachting life, from Welcome Aboard cocktails and hors d’oeuvres to early risers’ coffee, poolside bites, and afternoon tea service. A highlight of the Caribbean and Bahama itineraries, the Signature Champagne & Caviar Splash® is a true celebration of the yachting lifestyle, as it exemplifies “casual perfection”. In true SeaDream style, guests are greeted in the surf by a white-linen surfboard adorned with caviar, champagne and the trimmings before savoring a gourmet beach barbecue served on bone china beside the crystal-clear waters.
SeaDream Club Reception
Held in honor of SeaDream Club Members, this exclusive cocktail gathering, hosted by the Captain features caviar, canapés, and Champagne. It’s a warm and elegant moment to toast the SeaDream family and the shared spirit of yachting aboard one of the most intimate luxury cruise ships.

Raw Food Menu
SeaDream Yacht Club offers the only “raw food” or “living food” menu at sea, giving guests aboard this luxury yacht the option to enjoy dishes prepared entirely with raw, organic, and vegan ingredients, none of which are heated above 118 degrees Fahrenheit. The menu, created in conjunction with the Hippocrates Health Institute, includes dishes such as Watercress Tang, a liquid mélange of watercress, Anjou pear, lime and pineapple; Asian Cashew Curry Salad; Blood Apple Blaster, a blend of apple, ginger, red beet, lime juice and agave; and Vegetable Lasagna, a medley of pasta-like noodles made from spinach leaves and coconut meat, layered between a spicy cauliflower mash topped with a sun-dried tomato marinara. Light yet indulgent desserts, such as Cashew Lemon Cheesecake with almond milk, coconut butter, and fresh lemon zest, complete this sophisticated menu, exemplifying the gourmet offerings that distinguished SeaDream among high-end cruise lines and exclusive cruise lines.
Le Menu de Dégustation
For those seeking a refined experience aboard a small ship cruise, Le Menu de Dégustation presents a multi-course tasting menu with elegant, light portions designed for the full enjoyment of every course, perfectly paired with expertly selected wines. Highlights include Terrine de Foie Gras with pear compote, brioche, and port wine sauce; Filets de Flétan, grilled halibut filet with gingered white asparagus and caviar beurre blanc; and 24-Carat Gold Leaf-Topped Fondant au Chocolat with vanilla ice cream. à la carte / Always Available
