A hands-on and inspirational team lead, Jeanesa takes great pride in providing personalized, high-quality service to every guest she meets. Q: Where is your favorite place to travel in the Caribbean—and why?
A: San Juan, Puerto Rico, is the most exciting port in the Caribbean to me. The combination of historic places, beautiful colonial buildings, and great food make it perfect to explore. But the highlight for me is the shopping—I love to wander through the city whenever we call on this lovely capital city. It’s also the gateway to the Caribbean; we sail from San Juan in the early evening, making the al fresco sail-away dining experience truly lovely.
Q: Where is your favorite place to travel in the Mediterranean—and why?
A: Although I love sailing through—and exploring—all of the Greek islands (especially the smaller ones), Santorini is my dream destination. This Greek Island has a lot to offer travelers, including breathtaking scenery, café-lined streets backdropped in blue and white, and abundant bougainvillea flowers. It is truly an island of beauty.
Q: Where does “It’s Yachting, Not Cruising®” mean to you?
A: For me, it’s the personalized service we offer our guests. It’s all about the special touches and little details. The yachting experience that our guests enjoy is exceptional, and one that no other vessel can offer, in my opinion. We consider our guests our extended family, and our goal is to make their experience with us a memory of a lifetime.
Q: What is it that you love most about SeaDream?
A: Sea Dream is my second home. Throughout the years, my colleagues have become family, creating a wonderful working environment. SeaDream has created a home away from home for me, and I think I speak on behalf of all the crew members when I say this is what is so special about SeaDream.
