“There are too many to mention however if I should pick experience, it would be our Signature SeaDream Champagne & Caviar Splash event, it truly captures and reflects the SeaDream essence: luxury without formality, extraordinary friendly service and intimate access to places large ships can’t reach.
There is a strong sense of pride in knowing that the work we do every day onboard directly impacts those experiences and shapes how guests feel long after they leave the Yacht.”

“One moment I will never forget was when our loyal guests came back on board. At SeaDream, guests hugging the crew like they do with their family is natural; it is part of our connection. This time, they wanted to hug us, and we wanted to hug them, but we could not. That shared pause, that unspoken emotion between guests and crew, said everything. It showed how deep the bond is at SeaDream, beyond service, beyond words.”

What has inspired you to stay with SeaDream for so many years?
“What has inspired me most is that SeaDream has always felt like family rather than just a company. “After so many years in the industry, it’s difficult to choose just one unforgettable moment. One moment that has always stayed with me was when a guest told me that a dish, we prepared brought back a childhood memory they thought was long forgotten. That is when food becomes more than a meal, it becomes an emotional connection. This is the true spirit of SeaDream for me: listening to our guests, personalizing every experience, and creating meaningful moments that stay with them long after the voyage ends.”

“Good atmosphere and colleagues who treat each other like family, this is my second home. SeaDream and my crewmate keep me alive and kicking. Overall ambiance is unimaginable, an unmatched atmosphere that I feel beyond grateful for being part of for 25 years.”

What has inspired you to stay with SeaDream for so many years?
“The people that I work with; We work as a team and a family.”
What is one unforgettable moment or guest experience that captures the spirit of SeaDream for you?
“I've worked in SeaDream for a number of years now so there are a lot of experiences that come to my mind. I have been sick on board and needed assistance, me and my chief engineer approached our Superintendent that was onboard that the time. I was brought to the Hospital and underwent an operation, given some medication and they let me stay in the hotel after discharge so I could heal and recover. SeaDream supported me throughout my healing journey until I was back home to my country."
