For a sampling of all of the above, take a look at where SeaDream overnights in the Caribbean—this year and beyond.

St. Barths, French West Indies

The yachting playground of St. Barths radiates the ambiance of the South of France with a chic Caribbean flair. With SeaDream, there’s plenty of sunny days to discover St. Barths’ hidden white-sand beaches, lively bistros, and upscale boutiques and art galleries, only steps away from the pier, accessed by your yacht’s private tender. SeaDream itineraries that call on the British Virgin Islands and French West Indies feature full days and overnights in this marquee yachting playground, adding a French-infused nighttime ambiance to your itinerary.

St. Barths’ turquoise waters are the perfect playground to enjoy SeaDream’s signature watersports Marina—equipped with a new water slide and all the watersports equipment required for a proper yachting vacation. So, whether you choose to stroll through the charming yacht-lined harbor of Gustavia, go snorkeling or paddleboarding from your yacht’s Marina, hike volcanic-backdropped trails with the crew—or more—St. Barths provides the perfect blend of untouched beauty, laid-back luxury, and European charm.

For a taste of the island’s evening ambiance and vibrant nightlife, enjoy lively restaurants and bars. Stop by popular spots like Bagatelle, Le Petite Plage, Nikki Beach, or Baz Bar, offering a mix of fine dining, dancing, and live music. With the exception of your Top of the Yacht Bar, perhaps the island’s best Champagne and fine wines can be found at Lounge Barons de Rothchild, owned and operate by the Rothchild family whose estate has been crafting unique vintages since 1853.

Bequia, the Grenadines

Bequia (meaning “Island of the Clouds” in ancient Arawak) is only seven square miles and a true remote island, hidden from the traditional traveler’s agenda. Steeped in sailing and pirate history, the isle offers the peaceful and secluded white-sand beaches of Princess Margaret Beach, Lower Bay Beach, and Friendship Bay Beach, idyllic wading and snorkeling spots, and a relaxed pace that embodies the phrase “slow travel.” In Port Elizabeth, where your yacht drops anchor, you are footsteps away from these and other idyllic beaches off the typical tourist path. With our overnight in Bequia, there is plenty of time to discover the island’s rich maritime history at the Bequia Heritage Museum, hike to the ruins of colonial-era Fort Hamilton, and observe sea turtles in their natural habitat at Old Hegg Turtle Sanctuary. You also won’t want to miss Mac’s famous lobster pizza, a local favorite.

Bequia is just 8 nautical miles from the tiny privately owned island of Mustique, which has long attracted the world's celebrities and elite travelers. With an overnight in Bequia, you can easily catamaran over to Mustique to take in a perfect blend of stunning beauty, privacy, and exclusivity that appeals to its international, cosmopolitan clientele.

Terre de Haut, Îles des Saintes, Guadeloupe

If you’re looking for a small slice of France in the heart of Guadeloupe, Terre de Haut is your dream destination. SeaDream itineraries feature overnights in this small island, nestled in Guadeloupe’s Îles des Saintes archipelago. Terre de Haute boasts beautiful bays, sheltered coves, exceptional snorkeling, and a colorful seaside village. Considered to be one of the most beautiful bays in the world, Les Saintes Bay on Terre de Haut is arguably best experienced from above, through Fort Napolean, an invigorating hike from your yachting harbor where SeaDream drops anchor. Swim, snorkel or simply stroll the beautiful beaches of Plage de Pompierre, Anse Crawen, and Grande Anse, the island’s crown jewels. Known for its robust reefs and exceptional underwater visibility, Terre de Haut is also a favorite among divers.

The quiet village that sits along Les Saintes Bay is unassuming and easy to take in, rich with red-roofed houses and gardens of flourishing hibiscus. Undiscovered and laid-back, you may never want to leave this island of a bygone Caribbean era. It’s here you can enjoy toes-in-the-sand dining at one of several seaside restaurants, stop in and chat with locals over coffee at a delightful patisserie, and peruse local artisan crafts at one of several charming boutiques.

Trellis Bay, Beef Island, British Virgin Islands

On the northern shore of Beef Island, at the eastern end of Tortola, sits idyllic Trellis Bay, a secluded anchorage spot for private yachts. SeaDream is the only passenger vessel to call on this remote island, and our afternoon-to-late-evening calls allow guests to take full advantage of the island’s celebratory Full Moon Party. A guest favorite, it’s here that you’ll enjoy true local yachting culture in the Caribbean, where lively fire dancers, bonfires and local cuisine await.

Headed into evening, your afternoon is punctuated by long stretches of white sand, alluring turquoise waters, and a gorgeous shoreline. You’ll have time to enjoy Beef Island’s natural beauty with watersports like kayaking and snorkeling from your yacht’s Marina. And with such breathtaking views of its unspoiled nature, you’ll be surprised at how long you can lounge under the setting sun and simply stare at the breathtaking landscape before your eyes.
