Position: Stewardess Team Leader, SeaDream I
About: Originally from the Philippines, Aiza joined SeaDream Yacht Club 14 years ago. Whenever she is not on board tending to guests, she spends her time in her home country with her daughter and parents. Besides traveling, Aiza loves reading fantasy books and going to the gym to stay fit. She looks forward to many more years to come with SeaDream.
Q: Where is your favorite place to travel in the Caribbean—and why?
Aiza: My favorite place in the Caribbean is Port Elizabeth, Bequia, in the Grenadines, because of the incredible turquoise waters of Princess Margaret Beach, a must see! Along the beach are lots of local bars and restaurants where you can have lunch or just spend an afternoon under the sun people watching or simply being mesmerized by the sea.
Q: Where is your favorite place to travel in the Mediterranean—and why?
Aiza: My favorite Mediterranean destination is Seville, Spain, with its historical buildings, beautiful architecture, and gardens along the river. I also love spending time here and sampling authentic Spanish food like paella and tapas.

Q: What does “It’s Yachting, Not Cruising®” mean to you?
Aiza: For me, "it's yachting, not cruising" means having intimate and personalized service delivered to guests while exploring small and hidden ports only accessible by the yachts of SeaDream. The guests also have a choice on what activities they wanted to do or if they just want to stay put and relax. With SeaDream, it’s really all about choice—you can be as active or as relaxed as you wish.
Q: What is it that you love most about SeaDream?
Aiza: I've been working in here for 14 years now and SeaDream has, quite literally, become my home away from home. I've made so many friends from among the crew and guests. I have had the privilege to visiting extraordinary destinations. Because of our small size, we can drop anchor in little-known destinations, and there is no need to stand in line to go ashore and back—truly a lovely way to travel.
