This week we are pleased to introduce you to Brian, one of our waitstaff on board SeaDream I. Brian began his career with SeaDream in 2004 as a busboy and quickly got promoted to server. When he’s not on board, he enjoys spending time with family at home in his native Philippines.
Q: Where is your favorite place to travel in the Caribbean—and why?
A: St. Barths. The island has beautiful beaches and a really nice, relaxed vibe. It’s both comfortably charming and chic at the same time. Plus, you can sometimes spot celebrities taking vacations on their yachts.
Q: Where is your favorite place to travel in the Mediterranean—and why?
A: Santorini. I love Greece, but to me, Santorini is a really special island, with beautiful views and architecture and, of course, delicious Greek cuisine—from seafood to moussaka. The sunsets are unbeatable.
Q: What does “It’s Yachting, Not Cruising®” mean to you?
A: Personalized service. Because I have come to know our guests over many years, I know all of their preferences and look forward to reengaging with them every time they return.
