What time should I arrive for my appointment?
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. If this is your first visit to the SeaDream Spa, your therapist will assist you in completing a SeaDream Spa consultation form. This allows us to customize your treatment to your specific needs.
What happens if I arrive late to my appointment?
Arriving late for your appointment may result in a shortened treatment time or modifications to your scheduled service. You will still be charged for the full treatment. If your delay is caused by a shore excursion beyond your control, we will gladly reschedule your treatment at no extra cost.
What is the cancellation policy for appointments?
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly request a minimum of two hours' notice. Cancellations made within two hours of the appointment will incur a 50% charge. This policy also applies to no-shows.
What should I do with my jewelry during my spa visit?
While trinket boxes are available in the Spa rooms, we recommend leaving your jewelry and valuables in your stateroom for safekeeping.
What should I wear during my treatment?
Your comfort and privacy are always prioritized. Most treatments are ideally experienced without clothing, though disposable underwear is provided for your convenience. If preferred, wearing a bathing suit is also an option.
What should men know about spa treatments?
Men are requested to wear a bathing suit for all body treatments. We also highly recommend that you shave before having a facial treatment. While facial hair does not affect the treatment, it is much more comfortable for you if you are cleanly shaven.
What are the Sauna and Steam Room guidelines?
The Sauna and Steam Room are complimentary and open from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. One to two guests can use the facilities at one time. Please pre-book your session by calling the Spa at least one hour before you would like to use the facility.
