Pulau Kenawa is barely more than a green hill rising from coral shallows off Sumbawa: uninhabited, roadless and impossibly serene. This is a marina day made in heaven, all kayaking along mangrove fringes, paddleboarding glassy turquoise flats and snorkelling a house reef flickering with parrotfish. Climb the lone grassy summit at golden hour for a 360-degree sweep of the Flores Sea, then watch the sun melt away from the aft deck. An island too small for any ship but yours.
