Although Grand Bahama is only 56 nautical miles east of Palm Beach, it feels like an entirely different world. Within the park, trails lead to Sheltered Gold Rock Beach, often called Grand Bahama Island’s “welcome mat” for its long stretches of strollable white sand at low tide.
