The largest freshwater lake in the world by surface area gives way, at the Straits of Mackinac, to Huron's more sheltered, island-studded waters, a transition between two very different Great Lakes personalities within a single day's sailing. I hate Commercial Cruises. So I reluctantly signed up for a SeaDream, and after a week on the boat, I could not think of one thing that was not done to perfection.
