The Lowcountry's grand old lady keeps her cobbled streets and pastel Rainbow Row houses immaculately preserved, a horse-drawn carriage tour past wrought-iron gates and walled gardens is still the classic introduction. Nearby plantations tell a fuller, harder history alongside their architecture and gardens, while championship golf at Kiawah Island and a shrimp-and-grits dining scene now ranked among the country's best round out the visit. Egrets and herons work the surrounding marsh in serious numbers. Genteel on the surface, and increasingly honest about what lies beneath it.

...We had a great time-best ever, and will be coming back...Charlie and I feel like we've been yachting with our "best friends". Hard to believe we didn't know anyone on the yacht 8 days ago-now we've met new traveling friends for the years to come. Mr & Mrs HoganWashington
The chef is outstanding. Every dish was excellent – loved the Indian menu. Mr. & Mrs. HardyTennessee
Exceptional food. Interesting menu options. A delight every lunch & dinner. Mrs Lydia P.Michigan
The pedicures my husband and I had on deck as we sailed out of Civitavecchia to begin the voyage were fantastic Mrs. Betsy B.Maine
I hate Commercial Cruises. So I reluctantly signed up for a SeaDream, and after a week on the boat, I could not think of one thing that was not done to perfection. The food was great, the staff was spectacular, and having only 50 couples made this a private yacht cruise. I have signed up for my second cruise, and probably will only Yacht with SeaDream in my future. Pat M.Florida
This was way over our expectations. All the way top service, very nice personnel. We'll be back! Mr. Henning V.Sweden
