Sailing through Kongsfjorden, Norway

This broad, glacier-rimmed fjord shares its shores with Ny-Alesund, the world's northernmost permanent settlement, and its waters have made it one of the most studied stretches of coastline in the Arctic. Kongsbreen and Kronebreen, two of Svalbard's most active tidewater glaciers, calve into the fjord in full view of passing ships, while kittiwakes and Arctic terns work the cliffs above. A working laboratory for High Arctic science, and a genuinely spectacular one to sail through.
Testimonials
We've had a lovely time. My husband's request for his 70th birthday was to be on SeaDream in the Caribbean, and we've really enjoyed it. SeaDream is by far, the best cruise line in the Caribbean. Catherine B.Great Britain
... we were again thrilled and enjoyed the same high as was the case in both previous sails. Peter & Liz C.Australia
