Ports

  • Malaga

Malaga, together with adjacent towns and municipalities such as Rincon de la Victoria, Torremolinos, Benalmadena, Fuengirola, Alhaurin de la Torre, Mijas, and Marbella, forms the Malaga Metropolitan area. The important cultural infrastructure and the rich artistic heritage have culminated in the nomination of Malaga as a candidate for the 2016 European Capital of Culture. The internationally acclaimed painter and sculptor Pablo Picasso and actor Antonio Banderas were both born in Malaga. SeaDream calls to Malaga both as an embarkation point as well as a typical port of call. Kindly check on the land adventures tab to see all of the activities and options. Should you need embarkation information, it’s also available there.

  • Almeria

  • Alicante

  • Tarragona

In this bustling city, Roman history is mingled with gorgeous beaches, high-end bars, and a food setting that fills the boardwalks with unimaginable culinary aromas. Perhaps its biggest allures are the ruins of a seaside amphitheater and a mosaic-decorated museum, historical emblems made for inquisitive exploring. Don’t forget to savor the medieval center of Tarragona by visiting the towering Romanesque Cathedral and grab a bite at any eatery that tickles your taste buds.

  • Palamos

Welcome to Costa Brava. Palamos is home to one of the last fishing fleets of the Mediterranean, and the locally caught prawns have made this port famous. Enjoy strolling the charming seaside streets, enjoying a stop at one of the local bars, cafes, or restaurants.

  • Sanary-sur-Mer

Sanary-sur-Mer is a Provencal village located in the Var department in the Provences-Alpes-Côtes d'Azur region of France. Most visitors fall in love with the town shortly after they arrive. The harbor has several traditional wooden boats called “pointus” that are used by the fisherman daily. They sell their catch each morning on the harbor front. Market day is always a special treat so plan accordingly. The nearby village of Bandol has some of the oldest vineyards in France. It’s an easy bike ride down the coast from Sanary-sur-Mer. Other options include a land adventure to the nearby town of Castellet a typical hilltop village where you can explore and have a nice wine tasting. Golf at De La Fregate as well as water sports are also on option here.

  • Monte Carlo

The Principality of Monaco is an independent sovereign state composed of four quarters Fontvieille (the newest), Monaco-Ville (the oldest), La Condamine, and Monte Carlo. Monte Carlo is widely known for its casino as well as the Monaco Grand Prix. Monte Carlo is one of Europe's leading tourist destinations as it simply has so much to offer. Some of the sights include the Cathédrale Paroisse, Eglise Sainte Dévôte, Jardin Exotique et Grottes de l'Observatoire, Monaco Top Cars Collection, Musée Océanographique and of course the Palace. SeaDream calls to Monte Carlo for embarkation and on certain voyages as a port of call typically docking along the new pier. There are a few occasions where the yacht may anchor offering tender service to the pier downtown or at Fontvieille. Kindly check the Land Adventures tab to see all of the options including transfers and private arrangements.

  • Nice

Nice is the fifth most populous city in France and the second largest on the Mediterranean coast. The city's famous seaside promenade, the Promenade des Anglais ('the Walkway of the English') owes its name to the earliest settlers to this seaside resort. For over a quarter century, the picturesque Nicean surroundings have attracted not only those in search of relaxation but also those seeking inspiration. SeaDream docks in the small port and offers several land adventure options as well as private arrangements and transfers.

  • Monte Carlo - 81st Grand Prix of Monaco - May 26, 2024

    Description

SeaDream I will be in Monte Carlo on the day of the 81st Grand Prix of Monaco, Formula One Race!

The Monaco Grand Prix is one of the world’s most prestigious and challenging motor-racing events which is presently the last ‘street course’ remaining in the Formula One calendar. The race is staged around the narrow, winding streets of Monte Carlo. The main attraction of the Monaco Grand Prix is the proximity of the speeding Formula One cars to the race spectators. The twisting 77-lap, 2.08-mile circuit offers incalculable opportunities for spectators to witness the thrill of screaming engines, smoking tires and the expert moves between the F1 drivers over the 260-kilometre race on a course that allows no margin for error.

The circuit is laid out through the city streets of Monte Carlo and La Condamine, passing along the seafront of the famous harbor. Several grandstands are set up around the course. The largest is the K Grandstand with a panoramic view over the harbor and the racecourse along the seafront area especially from the higher seats. A giant screen is visible from this grandstand.

To assist you in making arrangements to view the race, SeaDream is offering the following:
    - A numbered seat in the upper levels of the K Grandstand.
    - This is not a guided tour; we are providing Grandstand seat tickets you can purchase for entrance to the 81st Formula One Grand Prix.

Experience an exciting race day in Monaco under race fever. The town is vibrating with excitement, noisy and crowded with motorsport fans. You are invited to follow your hostess for an approximate 30 minute walk through the crowds to the Grandstand K, where you will watch the Formula 2 Race and Porsche Super Cup in the morning. The driver’s Parade will be approximately 1pm and the F1 race is due to start approximately 3pm lasting approximately 2:30 hours.

    Notes

Please expect large crowds when attending this unique event in Monte Carlo. Be sure to wear comfortable walking shoes as the distance to the Grandstand is approximately 1.5KM (.9 mile). Tickets are available for purchase through the SeaDream Website. We will not be offering tickets for purchase on board. To avoid disappointment and due to the limited amount of tickets we have reserved for our guests, we recommend that you pre-book your tickets as soon as possible. As always, you will receive a 10% savings when you order online.

    Deadlines and Cancellations:
    - Current until September 12, 2023, = no penalty to cancel tickets.
    - From September 13, 2023 and onward = any tickets canceled incur a 100% cancellation penalty.
    - January 10, 2024, = any remaining tickets SeaDream has been holding for our guests to book are released. Any new ticket requests can only be confirmed if space is available at the time of the request and may not be in the same location.

A minimum participation is required to operate all Yachting Land Adventures, and some may have limited capacity. This SeaDream Yachting Land Adventure program is subject to changes or restrictions at any time. Final departure times will be advised on-board.
