Meet your RIB guide at the tender pier before setting off on an exhilarating journey along Norway’s dramatic west coast. After a brief introduction and gearing up, your adventure begins as the RIB glides across open waters, offering a thrilling and immersive way to experience the raw beauty of the coastline.
Cruise past rugged islands, narrow sounds, and striking rock formations while your guide shares stories of local life, history, and the surrounding seascape. Along the way, there will be opportunities to pause for photographs and to fully appreciate the spectacular scenery. Keep watch for seabirds such as puffins, razorbills, and majestic sea eagles, and, with a bit of luck, spot seals resting along the shore or swimming nearby.
This Wildlife RIB Safari is a dynamic and memorable way to connect with nature and discover Kalvåg’s stunning coastal environment from a unique and exhilarating perspective.
Notes: Guests with back or neck problems, as well as pregnant women, are not recommended to participate. Time spent on the boat is approximately 1 hour however, the tour is weather dependent and the duration may be adjusted according to sea and forecast conditions. In the event of unsafe weather, the excursion may be cancelled on short notice for safety reasons. The RIB is an open boat with no shade or cover from the elements and no restroom facilities onboard. All guests are required to wear lifejackets throughout the experience. Passengers may get wet from sea spray depending on wind and sea state. Guests are advised to dress in layered, warm clothing, including wind- and waterproof jackets, and to wear good walking shoes that can get wet.
A minimum participation is required to operate all Yachting Land Adventures, and some may have limited capacity. All adventures in the SeaDream Yachting Land Adventures are subject to change. Final departure times will be published on-board.
