Creole Cooking Class

Discover the flavors of the Caribbean during an immersive four-hour experience at the Creole Culinary Classroom. Guided by a passionate cooking instructor and limited to a small group, you will learn about the ingredients, techniques, and distinctive tastes behind a carefully selected Creole menu. Roll up your sleeves and take part in preparing salt fish accras, stuffed crab christophine, mahi mahi with djondjon rice, and pineapple crème brûlée.

Once the cooking is complete, sit down and enjoy the dishes you have prepared, savoring the flavors of your own Creole creations. Water and coffee are included, along with bottomless rum punch and a frozen piña colada, providing a relaxed and sociable conclusion to the class.

After this flavorful culinary experience, return to the port and make your way back to your SeaDream yacht, awaiting you in Simpson Bay.

Notes: Guests must climb 10 stairs to reach the class entrance and should be comfortable standing and actively participating in the hands-on meal preparation for approximately four hours. Comfortable clothing and shoes are recommended, while loose clothing is not permitted. Special dietary requests must be advised at least 72 hours before the start of this SeaDream Yachting Land Adventure (YLA) so the necessary arrangements can be made. Guests must be over 18 years of age to consume alcoholic beverages.
This Yachting Land Adventure must be confirmed no later than 72 hours (3 days) prior to arrival in port; bookings may still be accepted after this deadline, up to the time of arrival, if space is available. Please note that cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival in port are non‑refundable. A minimum number of participants is required to operate all Yachting Land Adventures, and some may have limited capacity. Please book on the Seadream.com website, or onboard, early to avoid disappointment. All adventures in the SeaDream Yachting Land Adventures program are subject to change.
