Your journey begins with a scenic drive along the Lower Corniche, offering sweeping views of the Mediterranean as you approach the Principality of Monaco. Upon arrival at the foot of the famous Rock, escalators and elevators provide an easy ascent to the Old City. Here, your guided walking tour unfolds among some of Monaco’s most iconic landmarks, including the Oceanographic Museum, the Prince’s Palace, and the Cathedral where Princess Grace rests. Guests visiting in the late morning may witness the daily Changing of the Guard, just before midday, a precise and elegant ceremony that draws visitors from around the world.
After exploring the historic district, enjoy a period of free time to wander the charming streets, browse local boutiques, or relax at an outdoor café overlooking the harbor. The tour then continues with a short drive to Monte Carlo, passing a section of the legendary Grand Prix circuit. Upon arrival, you’ll walk to the Place du Casino, the glamorous heart of Monte Carlo. Here, architectural icons such as the Grand Casino, the Hôtel de Paris, and the Café de Paris create an atmosphere of timeless sophistication and Riviera allure.
During your leisurely time in Monte Carlo, you may explore the Belle Époque landmarks, enjoy luxury shopping, or simply take in the vibrant elegance of the famed Casino Square. You may also take the opportunity to visit the iconic casino independently and admire its lavish Belle Époque interior. After your visit, relax on the return drive along the Middle Corniche, enjoying panoramic coastal views as you make your way back to the yacht. This tour operates in all weather conditions and offers a memorable introduction to the elegance and prestige of Monaco and Monte Carlo.
Notes: Guests are encouraged to wear comfortable walking shoes, as this experience includes navigating cobblestoned streets, public pathways, and several steps in both Monaco’s Old Town and Monte Carlo. This tour is not recommended for guests with mobility limitations. This excursion must be booked 48 hours (2 days) prior to arrival in port to confirm its operation during your voyage. Once the tour is confirmed to operate, additional bookings may be accepted up to arrival in port, subject to availability. Guests may book on the SeaDream.com website or onboard, and early booking is strongly recommended to avoid disappointment.
