When he’s not on board, Elton enjoys traveling and visiting friends and family.
Q: Where is your favorite place to travel in the Caribbean—and why?
A: I love Cuba, Puerto Rico, and all of the smaller islands. The locals, the nature, the flavors, and the beaches, and no two islands are alike.
Q: Where is your favorite place to travel in the Mediterranean—and why?
A: Any of the Greek islands, as I used to travel with my family throughout Greece as a child. This beautiful Mediterranean country brings lots of sweet memories.

Q: What is it that you love most about SeaDream?
A: I love having a close and personalized approach with our guests, especially when it comes to cuisine. Because we travel to such small islands, we are able to shop at local farmer’s markets and infuse our dishes with the flavors of the destinations we visit.
