Ports

  • Palm Beach
    Palm Beach

The combination of urban centers and cultural treasures make Palm Beach the perfect getaway. Enter the heart of Africa by visiting the Panther Ridge Conservation Center or get up close and personal with manatees at the Manatee Lagoon. If you’re more into urban sightseeing, visit CityPlace for the top-rated dining, entertainment, and shopping experiences.

  • Nassau
  • Compass Cay, Exumas
  • Gordon's Beach, Long Island
    Gordon's Beach, Long Island

Colorful coral reefs and serene beaches make Long Island a haven for snorkeling, diving, and bone fishing. Relax under the shade of pine trees at Gordon’s Beach, the southernmost white-sand beach on the island. Explore Long Island from the perspective two of its most impressive natural wonders, the Hamilton Caves, dripping with stalactites, and Dean’s Blue Hole, the world’s second-deepest saltwater blue hole, surrounded by limestone bluffs. The island is also home to St. Mary the Virgin Anglican Church, a now-abandoned stone church constructed by the Spanish in the 1600s and reputed to be the oldest in the Bahamas.

  • Emerald Bay, Great Exuma Island
    Emerald Bay, Great Exuma Island

Great Exuma Island is known for its brilliant, sparkling waters—waters so clear and aquamarine-blue they are visible from space. The island is home to powdery white-sand beaches, deserted cays, luxury villas, and exclusive resorts. Paddleboard, snorkel, or swim, and see more of the island from the sandy shores of Emerald Bay.

  • San Salvador
    San Salvador

One of the smallest inhabited islands in the Bahamas, San Salvador boasts sparkling inland lakes, reef-filled sea waters, miles of secluded white-sand beaches, and dive sites teeming with sea life. A stone cross on the shores of Long Bay mark Columbus’s landfall on the island; offshore, an underwater monument designates where La Pinta dropped anchor. Pace yourself to the rhythm of the island with a leisurely swim or bike ride around the bay.

  • Salt Cay
    Salt Cay

Nestled in the southeast Turks and Caicos sits the 2-mile-long island of Salt Cay. With its stretch of white sands fringed by coconut palm trees and a lush rain forest, Blue Lagoon Island—or Salt Cay—offers an idyllic escape. With very few permanent residents and no paved roads, Salt Cay is the quintessential island that has been lost to time. Donkeys, the ancestors of which used to pull carts during the nineteenth century when the island was a main sea-salt producer, now roam freely all over the island. Bygones of the salt salinas, windmills, and old colonial architecture remains around Balfour Town and Dean’s Dock, including Harriott White House. With its rich history packed into a such a small space, the island has been nominated as a UNESCO World Heritage site.

  • Compass Cay, Exumas - Swimming Pigs, Iguanas & Sharks Encounter

    Description

Encounter the famous animals of the Bahamas: swimming pigs, iguanas and nurse sharks, on this exciting Yachting Land Adventure. Visit Pigs Beach where you will see that pigs can’t fly but they sure can swim. Swim also with friendly nurse sharks at Compass Cay, feed the swimming pigs and get a close look at the endangered Bahamian Rock Iguanas all while cruising in the pristine waters of the Exuma Cays.

In the middle of paradise, with billionaires and celebrities for neighbors, is an island populated only by swimming pigs. For decades, this archipelago of 365 islands would remain largely unknown to the world. It would not be a ruthless pirate, pioneering loyalists, a notorious drug kingpin, or the infamous Fyre Festival that would unveil Exuma to the world, but rather the most unlikely of creatures. Appearing in magazines, videos, newspapers, commercials, TV shows, and countless selfies, are the Swimming Pigs of Staniel Cay Exuma, in the Bahamas. They have become a bucket-list sensation and have been named one of the marvels of the universe. Meet the wildlife of Euxma by boat, swim with the sharks and feed the iguanas on this exciting Yachting Land Adventure.

    Notes

Towels, cold water and soft drinks, snacks for humans and the pigs are provided. Professionally maintained snorkeling gear, beach chair and floats are also available. This trip is not suitable for expectant mothers, infants or persons with back, knee or neck problems, heart problems or conditions affected by high-speed travel. All participants should be physically fit and know how to swim. Every participant must sign a liability waiver before joining the tour. • Gordon's Beach, Long Island - Hamilton Caves and Dean’s Blue Hole

    Description

Explore Long Island and experience two of its most impressive natural wonders – one dripping with stalactites, the other plunging 663 feet down into the world’s second-deepest saltwater blue hole!
Step aboard your air-conditioned bus at Gordon's Beach for an island exploration seeing its highlights: Gun Hill, the highest point in Clarence Town and the historic St. Peter and Paul church with stunning views of the harbor.

Next, travel along the scenic Queen’s Highway, to Hamilton’s Cave. Your expert guide leads you to survey the labyrinthine of darkness in the Bahamas’ largest cave system. Multiple chambers open to reveal impressive stalactites and stalagmites formed over centuries as well as many bats who (fortunately) mostly slumber during the daytime in the crevices of the caves.

Afterwards, you will return to the light of day for a short drive to the world-famous Dean’s Blue Hole. Surrounded by limestone bluffs and a splendid white-sand beach, this setting is idyllic for relaxing along the unspoiled Caribbean shore. But the real attraction here is to wade, or swim out, through the shallows to where the sandy seafloor suddenly disappears – suddenly dropping 663 feet into the world’s second-deepest saltwater blue hole. Or dare to be brave and adventurous by climbing up the rocky pathway and plunge into the blue depths below. All too soon it is time to rejoin your bus for the 45-minute drive to the yacht waiting at Gordon's Beach.

    Notes

This Yachting Land Adventure includes walking for approximately 1 hour over uneven ground with limited light at the cave and driving over somewhat rough road to reach Dean’s Blue Hole beach. Please wear flat, comfortable shoes suitable for the cave excursion, and dress in swimwear with cover-up for the beach visit. Be sure to bring along a hat, sunscreen, and your towel from the yacht. There is a restroom break on the tour. We recommend you bring US dollars to purchase any food or drink from the small local vendors.
